LUCIDMEDIA was born at a late-night after party at the Palm Springs Film Festival, over diet cokes, a shared love for the craft and science of filmmaking, and an aversion to mediocrity. Founders Gina Leonard and Dan Strickland combined forces, harnessing decades of experience working with blue-chip brands from around the globe.

Gina is a powerhouse producer, with over 20 years of experience overseeing award-winning, globally renowned commercials, music videos and film. Her combination of OCD-level perfectionism and creative instincts has seen her work with Nike, Budweiser, McDonalds, Rihanna, Modest Mouse, Jay Z and Kanye West, and many more. She’s been honored with a multitude of awards and nominations, confirming her as one of the top producers in the business.

Media and marketing expert Dan Strickland brings 15 years experience in communications, PR, marketing, and media development, working with companies as diverse as Microsoft and Red Bull. The former journalist, turned marketing executive rapidly rose through the corporate ranks, eventually becoming SVP Of Global Marketing and Acquisitions for VAS Entertainment, driving company growth and overseeing operations in the US, Europe, Asia and Australia. He’s also worked as a consultant to Ducati SA, Drift Innovations, MDT Apparel, and X Games.
